Mondale Dental is located one mile east of
Ridgedale Mall near the Siemens Building.
Three blocks East of the Hopkins Crossroad
on Wayzata Blvd. (North Frontage Road).

Take 394 to Hopkins Crossroad exit #2

Go North on Hopkins Crossroad a short distance.
Take a right onto N. Frontage Rd.** and go past
the Siemens (Crescent Ridge) building.

Turn left at the second driveway, there is a sign for
Woodside Office Park. We are in building #5, the
three story building at the end of the driveway.

**Wayzata Blvd., North Frontage Rd., and
Service Rd. I-394 North are all the same road.
